Makeup Favourites 2017 #Blogmas

After another year of hoarding way too much makeup for someone with only one face, I've rounded up my tried and tested favourites to share with you. My friends often ask me for beauty recommendations (so really, buying so much makeup is essential for helping others...) so if you're in the market for something shiny and new, here's the best of the best.

My favourite discovery of the year has to be the Dipbrow Pomade. It's much easier to use than I expected, lasts all day and makes my eyebrows far more defined than pencils. For the past few years I was religiously loyal to Soap and Glory's Brow Archery but now I only use that if I'm in a hurry or don't have time to apply a full face of makeup because it has a more natural finish. Another surprising favourite is the Selfie Lash mascara. I didn't have overly high hopes purchasing a 'youtuber product' but I've actually used it most days since, it has a natural, lengthening finish. Finally, I want to give a shout out to Urban Decay's Naked Heat shadow palette which was a very close second eyeshadow favourite, losing out only because Too Faced offers a slightly better quality and value product. The Naked Heat has a gorgeous range of warm, unique colours and I've used it a lot throughout autumn so check that out too!
As always, let me know if you have any recommendations similar to these star products, and if you'd like to see a skin care favourites addition. None of the brands featured in this post test on animals. If you've missed my previous #Blogmas posts, check out 2017 Highlights in Pictures, Vegan Gift Guide and The Big Give.
